Hours:

• Monday – 8am to 5pm
• Tuesday –8am to 5pm
• Wednesday – 8am to 12noon
• Thursday –8am to 5pm
• Friday – 8am to 12noon

Cancellations:
We will accept cancellation requests 24 hours in advance and beyond.  Any cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment may result in a charge to you.
